Hi, I have not been active on this for a few months. When I sign in, it shows me my account but with no files - everything is gone.

If you haven't signed in to an account for more than a year, the account is deleted due to inactivity.
Are you sure you've signed in with the correct email address? If so, check your Events page. If it shows no activity, then either you've signed in to the wrong account, or you've signed-in to/created a new, empty account.
