Not getting an email from Dropbox to enter my account
We have a Dropbox account that I can't seem to get into.
the email address and password is correct, but it keeps on wanting to send an email to the account. I checked for the email and it's not there, nothing in the spam either
I even went so far to log into my Office 365 Tenant account and do a trace and there is NO email being sent from Dropbox to the email address.
The hardest part is that when I try to raise a support ticket, it ASKS me log in, so there is no way to send a support ticket from that account because I can't get into that account.
is there any way I can talk to someone or email them to assist on getting it resolved. ?

I’m sorry to hear about this, MaxHeadroom.
The email you’re referring to, is it the one about the one-time security code perhaps?
If yes, you can also add no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts as a test.
In case that doesn’t help either, you can log a ticket with our support team with these steps. Please make sure to send me your ticket number here afterwards.

I sent a request to support, I am unsure if they will get back to me
YES I have checked for the NO-REPLY email and it never came to me, that is what I am explaining.
I have also tried to log into my hotmail.com account, and also can not log in, I think there is something wrong with your system. the only way I was able to log in is because I was logged in on my phone. I am now fearful that your system is not working and I will lose my files.

Can you send me the ticket number you should’ve received after logging your ticket to our system? I can leave an internal note on your behalf for our support team to see.
