Not receiving security code for my Dropbox account
I'm not receiving the security code needed to log into my dropbox account?
I tried checking spam, putting it off for a few weeks, and even added to whitelist -- yet still, no code....

Are you certain that you're logged into the correct Dropbox account and email inbox, to ensure that the code isn't going to another address?
- md25438 months agoExplorer | Level 3Yes, I have the account information and have attempted log in but I need to receive a code first. I have access to my email too but I'm not receiving any emails either besides the ones from other email addresses.

Hey md2543, can you try to bypass this process by requesting a password reset, to see if that helps?
