Not receiving Security Codes via email

Hey, I'm not receiving the security codes to my designated dropbox account. 

Anytime I press "resend code" it still wont send to my email. 

I need to be able to sign into my account and currently I am unable to which is incredibly frustrating. 

Someone please help.

    Have you checked your spam folder, to see if the email went there?

     

    If not, try adding no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts and then try again.
