Office not able to see files in dropbox

After sigining in to dropbox co-authoring, I see the option inside Office applications but it doesnt get past the root folder and it cant see any files inside dropbox

    Hi,

     

    Are you still having this issue? Can you restart the application and try clicking on the root folder again? You should be able to see your Dropbox files after restarting the Office app.
