commands do not work

Hi, I cannot open any command and also my files do not show in the browser anymore. I cannot even disconnect fro the program. Can someone help me with this?

Hallo ich habe auf Englisch geschrieben weil mein Deutsch nicht so gut ist. Am besten sollte ich ein Printscreen senden, so kann Ihnen sehen was fuer ein Problem es gibt.
Wenn ich mein Fotos, oder Filen offnen will, der command reargiert nichts. Ich kann mich sogar nicht auslogen. Es haengt die ganze Dropbox commans. Nur Upgrade account und hilfe funktionieren.
