Das ist der Wortlaut im e-mail:

"These are the Files you deleted:

2016-07-21-Passport Requirement for Minors.pdf and 3260 files

30/9/2023 7:51 PM using Windows 10 19045"

Meine Frage:Wie hole ich diese Files zurueck?

    1) Fehlen diese Files wirklich?

    Ich kann mich nicht erinnern jemals so ein Mail bekommen zu haben!!!

     

    2) Haben Sie einen Basic (kostenlosen) Akkount oder einen bezahlten Akkount?

     

    3) wenn wirklich Files (unabsichtlich oder absichtlich) gelöscht wurden, sind sie hier ersichtlich: https://www.dropbox.com/deleted_files

     

    4) im sog. "Ereignisprotokoll" sehen Sie jegliche Änderungen (Aktualisierungen, Löschungen, Hinzufügen etc.) in Ihrem Dropbox Ordner: https://www.dropbox.com/events
