Installationsprogramme starten nicht

Hallo, da ich gezwungen werde den Dropbox-Client zu aktualisieren habe ich den aktuellen Installer (DropboxInstaller.exe) heruntergeladen. Dieser reagiert aber nicht, wenn ich ihn per Doppelklick star...

I have the same problem with the newest version 3.18.1. And i tried the offline installation. I have Win 10 Pro. My Temp directory isn't the default.
