写真をダウンロードできません

写真をダウンロードしようとしたら、Dropbox の使用容量が上限に達したため、ファイル同期が停止しました。というメッセージが出て写真を見ることもダウンロードすることも出来なくなりました。 これって、もしかして、アップグレード（有料）しないと写真を見ることもダウンロードもできないってことなのでしょうか？ 写真（データ）を人質にしてるってことですか？こんな事って許されるのでしょうか？ アップ...
