支払についての質問です

質問です。 ドロップボックスのprofessionalに加入しているのですが クレジットカードの明細では professional（２６４０円）以外に 支払いがもう１つ払ってる（１６５０円）のですが、 これは、何の料金でしょうか？ ずっと、払わされているのですが、何か重複して払わされてるのでしょうか？ だとすれば、返金して貰えるのでしょうか？

その金額はPlusプランの月間支払いの金額ですね:thinking:

別のアカウントでPlusプランを契約したままの状態かもしれません。

 

Dropbox のクレジット カード検索ツールでクレジット カードの請求額を確認出来ます。

 

どのアカウントの請求か分からない場合は、お支払いに関するサポートが必要な場合のフォームからDropboxサポートにお問い合わせください:envelope:
