申請済みライセンスが適用されていない

2019年にソースネクストPlus3年版のライセンス申請しました。このライセンスの現在のステータスは今後使用予定になっておりますが、適用されず更新停止となってしまいました。前のライセンス期限が今年の2月までだったので、ここまで利用できてたのも？ですが。使用予定となっているライセンスを適用するにはどうしたら良いでしょうか。

多分、dropbox側の何かしらのトラブルだと思われます。他のスレッドにもありますが、日本コミュでも英語コミュでも同様の現象が発生している模様です。早く公式側が認識して対処してもらえれば、と思いますね
