Hi Walter, thanks for looking into this.
The project description is for the project and stays there, regardless of the subfolder you're in.
A folder description would be similar, but unique to the folder you add it to. That would allow you to add notes or instructions on which files you want members or collaborators to store in that folder, eliminating the need for a briefing on how to use the folder structure.
Ideally, that folder description would allow for a larger description than the project description, which allows only one line of text.
