Automatically pause Dropbox Backup/syncing to allow unmounting of external drive.

This is such a good suggestion! It’s super frustrating when you can’t unmount a drive because dropbox is holding onto it. Hopefully dropbox considers adding this feature.

Not sure about the Backblaze thing now though, it's a little bit hard to test.
