I have a ton of pics and videos uploaded to DB but I really hate paying $100/year for storage. Other cloud services offer a 1 time lifetime payment, is this something Dropbox would consider?

I agree with all the other posts on this topic.
I've been a DropBox Plus subscriber for several years but I've been assessing pCloud as they offer a lifetime subscription.
The product and the service isn't as good as DB but given the lifetime option that's what I'm going to switch to.
However if DB offer the same option I will come back.
