Customisable Admin roles

I'm unsure if it has been suggested or not, but I would like to be able to customise admin roles have just the 3 admin roles, I find is not flexible enough.   For example I don't wont to give an user...

Hey folks, about 8 months ago I promised you an update....
 
We're just rolling out a Billing admin role, following on from that, over the coming weeks, you will see a number of other dedicated admin roles appear in the Admin Console!
