Some people are saying they are seeing it. I am just not one of them yet even though I am a paid account. And I do not understand why this has to be on an account by account basis? That makes little sense to me. Even more confusing is that I have the setting for early trial of new features ON, and yet my wife's account, which does not have that on has an early feature before me?
Seriously Dropbox, how does this make sense to you at all? Do you follow your own rules and settings?
However, my wife's account, which is a free one DOES show up in dark mode as shown here, so not bogus:
