As a single user of Dropbox Professional, I have recently found myself hitting the limits in terms of storage (3TB) and shared link bandwidth (400GB per day) as I'm running out of room for all my files, and finding that clients with whom I share links are downloading too many files, causing my account to be blocked.
I would be very happy to upgrade my Dropbox Professional and pay for more storage / bandwidth, but no option for that exists. Equally, I'd be pleased to upgrade to a Dropbox Business account - but there is no existing option for a single user (I'm a consultant / one-man business, I don't have team members).
I'd like to think that a technical solution for this must be straightforward, and while I appreciate that I may represent a niche of users, I can't be alone on this one. In my work, greater flexibility / options means greater customer satisfaction - and Dropbox could improve my user experience satisfaction by helping me to upgrade to the level of service my business requires.
Thanks and fingers crossed for a solution soon!
