File requests: Option to edit both the name of requester and description

Hi all!

It would be great if we had a rich text option when writing descriptions for our file requests.

It would also be great if I could change the name that's sending the request so it can come from my client and not me personally.

Here's an example where some line breaks and HTML markup would be super helpful!
