Pause syncing when an app is open (so I don't have Dropbox messing with a synced scratch folder)
I'd love if I could have dropbox pause syncing when a specified app is running. Oftentimes I have a program writing to/reading from a bunch of files over the course of an hour or two, and when it tries to access a file that Dropbox is currently syncing, the program bugs out and aborts whatever it's trying to do.
I do want these files synced after I'm done working on them. I just want Dropbox to recognize that they might be accessed soon and to hold off on syncing them until it's safe.
Bonus points if Dropbox could pause syncing on a specified directory when it notices that a program is open rather than pausing all syncing. But I could live without that if needed.
I realize I can manually pause syncing, but sometimes I forget or the program takes longer than I paused for and dropbox starts syncing midway through.
