Work flow improvement for the Transfer feature

Hi DB Team
I would like to enter the email distro list, title, and message before I start the upload. That way I can stop thinking about the transfer as soon as I start the upload. As it is currently, I have to upload the files and then enter the info and hit send. I end up waiting around until the upload is finished to enter the information. this is a huge time hit and workflow bottle neck
