Hi everyone, I’m desperate to access my account and to print photos from my account. However I’m trying to log in using my email but no verification is received. I’ve searched on Reddit if this is a known issue, saw a few but cannot be reassured that it’s a known issue. I’m looking through my emails and saw I have received an email from no-reply@em-s.dropbox.com and from memory I clicked the link to get access to my account because in the email it stated that I‘m running out of memory and so I wanted to pay just to keep my files. I am still getting billed on a DropBox account linked to an old work email that no longer exists at a company that I no longer work for. I am unable to receive the verification code to log into that account and therefore cannot cancel my subscription through that page. There is no way to contact DropBox directly so I cannot delete this charge... Any advice? Hi, We are currently setting up new Mac devices for our company. These Macs are completely stock with no pre-configured installations. We’re encountering an issue where Dropbox cannot log in. The error message states that a CAPTCHA has not been filled in. The issue is inconsistent—on some Macs, Dropbox logs in without problems, while on others, the CAPTCHA error appears. We’ve only tested in incognito mode on devices where users are already logged in to avoid interfering with active sessions. Haven't been able to access my account after business team was cancelled and all individual accounts are not able to sign in even though they all were created and separated before the business team and I didn't resubscribed to the plan.
