Hi Im trying to add a new dropbox account to my local Macs dropbox app, but I keep getting an 'Unexpected error, please try again later' error I have a free personal account, and the account im trying to add is for my work and I believe im part of the team account there. Ive been given a single sign on. im able to login to the account if I first sign out of my personal account, but I dont want to have to do what on my Mac :-/ Would anybody know what the problem might be? many thanks NickSolved17Views0likes5CommentsI can't access an old Dropbox account; I don't have the password/email address.
Hello, I can't access an older account I made, only this one and another one that I made later. All I remember about it is that it had some art and animations on there that were created in Macromedia Flash, that the password that I last set it to doesn't work anymore (possibly because of a data breach?), I don't have access to the email associated with it [removed per Community Guidelines], and I can't login. I recently downgraded my team account to a free account. I chatted with customer service and they assured me all my files would remain. Now I've downgraded and most of my files are gone. I can't access customer support anymore as I only have a free account. Does anyone know how to contact them? I can't seem to figure out how to get ahold of ANYONE at Dropbox to help me fix my account. I am getting billed for the PREMIUM plan and not able to use any of it because I have 2 ACCOUNTS and therefore when try to I change my email, it isn't letting me. I USE the one tied to the email that isn't getting billed if that makes sense. I have a Basic plan with 3 devices authorized. I am working from one of the 3 devices, and while logged in to Dropbox, it will not allow me to access Dropbox Passwords, saying I am already logged in to 3 devices. I always had dropbox as a backup for pictures which i dont use regularly. I came back wanting to download my Vecation Pictures but my whole account is empty.
