Below are the details of the situation: On my desktop computer, I have a shortcut to Dropbox containing a main folder with 20 + folders. I am encountering a discrepancy when accessing my account from another Mac device. Despite previously having my files accessible on one Mac, logging into Dropbox on the other Mac shows an entirely new and different account, without any of my original files or account details. Hi Everyone, On my desktop app, my profile and preferences no longer show up on the home page so I can't log out of my Dropbox account. It was working fine on Monday but when I logged in yesterday, the avatar was no longer there. Has anyone had this problem? How do I fix it? The only things showing on the top part of the page are the search box, invite members and view upgrade options. I can't scroll any higher than that. After I finished my trial, the other members received a notice stating that they will have to wait 1 week before being able to log on again. It's been 2 weeks and all the members get the notification that they must wait 1 more day. However, they keep getting this notification and 7 days have passed while being told just one more day. I think the problem is that I deleted everyone from account at the end of my trial. Then, I received an email with a link asking if I want to continue with the plan or disband the members. As I already deleted everyone, there was no one to disband. Now, I'm stuck in this circle where I keep getting emails asking to disband or continue with the plan. No other choice is given and everyone cannot access any other account (I'm told). If anyone know of a way to stop this and free everyone, please let me know. Hi, I am really struggling with the set up of our business account. For background, we are a committee from various organisations, needing access to the same files. When you add a member, it says it will bring over the members personal files. I tested this by adding my personal Dropbox account but cannot find where my personal files would be. When I go to remove my personal account, it asks to keep or delete my personal files.
