Can't access the website Dropbox.com through my wifi
I have been denied total access to Dropbox website on my Mac for some reason. My internet is working perfectly for all other sites. Subsequently, my Dropbox app doesn't turn it black at all. It says connecting to Dropbox and doesn't connect. Driving me nuts please helpSolved63KViews1like5Comments
Mobile Authenticator not working
Using 2-step verification, I've recently tried switching from receiving texts to using the mobile authenticator. However, the latter is not working. I'm getting 'invalid' code when i try to input the code generated. How is this possible? Can't access email to get 6-digit code
I can login successfully, but needs me to check 6-digit code in email. Before immigration, login dropbox never needs me to check 6-digit code in email. After immigration, it needs me to check 6-digit code in email. (same computer) My email account was disabled (long time no use and I forgot the password), I can't login to my email to check the 6-digit code. Phone number has changed/new phone... HELP!
I need to access my old account. Two-step verification appears to be on. Code was sent to my old phone number, which has changed. I now have a new phone and new number. (Old phone no longer works as the screen is shattered/doesn't power on) I don't recall having an emergency backup code on hand either. I need to get into my old account. My email address for my old account is <SNIP> I know the password. I NEED TO TALK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE BY PHONE OR EMAIL A/S/A/P. I NEED A LIVE PERSON PREFERABLY. (I had to create a new email address, Google account, etc. all because two-step verification was "on". Apparently most of my online activity was linked to my old number, which no longer exists. I find it super frustrating...) There are very important files on my original account that I need to retrieve/get back. I created this new account (that I'm using to type this) just so that I can file a complaint and hopefully get some answers/HELP! *Edit: I no longer have the SIM card to my previous phone, which was a Samsung Galaxy A10e ... Reactivate Deactivated Account
I had a pro account (paid thru Oct.) but had to delete the files and deactivate the account. After review, I realized there were some files that I didn't have saved locally. Now I'm trying to find a way to reactivate that account and access the deleted files. I was told to sign up for the account again using the same email address and sign up for a pro account again. Hi As most will know, dropbox has purchased boxcryptor. At this point my question is, what will happen to all those files that have been encrypted with boxcryptor ? Should they all be decrypted and wait for communication on how the transaction will be handled by Dropbox ? Boxcryptor was used to encrypt files using other cloud services, will this change ? I have been trying to access my dropbox account for the past month and have not received any 6 digit access code emails or any password reset emails, or for that matter any emails from Dropbox. Can't login
I know my user NAMES and PASSWORDS. I CAN login in on any computer, except the ONE that I need my Dropbox working. I have tried with EDGE, CHROME and FIREFOX (Windows 10). I tried PRIVATE mode on THREE browsers. I enter my email and password. I choose sign in. I get the login screen again empty. The app does nothing. Thoughts?Solved21KViews2likes9Comments
