How do I disable or remove capture? The screenshot URLs do not work for some reason. I just want to go back to the old dropbox screenshot URLs. I've uninstalled dropbox capture and unchecked/rechecked the dropbox settings in the regular dropbox app, but my screenshot URLs still use the capture domain. Those do not work, they just return a 404, every time. Additionally, they do not unfurl in slack, and other users then have to download capture to view. How do I unsync Dropbox from Ms Word so documents don't automatically download into Dropbox? I contacted Dropbox in frustration but they wouldn't help me as they said it was an "MS Word problem." However, I NEVER set up or changed any settings on MS Word that would authorize this automatic download of documents to Dropbox! Basically, I don't want ANY thing downloaded (photos, docs, screen captures, etc) that I don't specify on an individual basis. (Though I don't mind if Sreenshots are turned on.) So, does anyone know where in MS Word I can find and then change this setting? Is it possible to rearrange the ordering or listing of the photos in an Album such that they will be viewed in the Dropbox Photo Viewer in a specific sequence? (This may be important for the development of an idea, the life-cycle of a pet, progressive schooling of a child, or the time-sequenced construction of a house, etc.) Seems that when I create the Album and add photos to it, the order in which they appear in the Photo Viewer is random. Can this display sequence be altered by means of title, date captured,, date added to Album, etc.? Hi all, I have the latest silicon iMac however keep all my files on a recently purchased external Samsung 1T SSD drive due to lack of hard drive space on my new Mac (256GB). So I wanted to sync my external hard drive to Dropbox. I couldn't do it simply because Dropbox doesn't detect the drive. I tried to connect my external drive to USB-C port at the back of my Mac, or via USB-A port using an external USB hub - no result. However when, for experiment sake, I connected my old portable WD Studio drive, Dropbox detected it straight away. All my portable drives are formatted to Mac Os Extended (Journaled) and I wouldn't want to change that. Can anyone help resolving this issue? Hi there! So a couple of things I'm noticing in the last couple of weeks. In the past, I could grab a screenshot and paste it right into a Google doc, an email in Front or Gmail, in a Zoho Projects comments, etc. Lately, when I paste into Zoho or Gmail, it appears at first, I resize then in Zoho with I submit my comment, it's just not there. In Gmail when I send, it sends as a bunch of code: [removed] And when I paste in Drive, nothing pastes. What I have to do is paste it into a new Photoshop doc and copy/paste it from there and then it works in all apps mentioned above. This is only recent, as I mentioned above, maybe the last 2-4 weeks. Hi there, I just recorded a long video on Capture and I can't play it... (I send it to other colleague, they can't play it either). I work on a MacBook pro. I used the Capture app to record and use safari as browser (also tried on chrome, didn't work as well).
