Dropbox Family

So here’s the scenario. I shared my phone with some family members and 3 of them logged onto DP from the app using the gmail option. They logged out but now when I want to log on I see their emails in the login history. I tried everything to erase this. I erased the app, I unlinked the emails. I just want my email to show when I click “login with gmail”Solved5KViews0likes6CommentsSome pdf file names apparently corrupted, only an issue for iOS devices.
I am having a weird pdf file name issue that is reproducible on both of my iPad devices. This is not a problem on my Android phone, or on my windows pc. It only affects a small number of pdfs which I have had no trouble downloading, opening, importing, resaving, attaching to emails for weeks. This issue appeared suddenly and with no apparent cause. I can preview the files in the Dropbox iOS app, but when I try to attach one of the affected pdfs to an email in outlook, or if I try to download it from the iOS Files app, I get an error message: This is obviously not the actual file name. Each affected file has a unique erroneous file name, and it is the same for each file respectively between both of my iPads. I have tried: Deleting and reinstalling the Dropbox app Deleting and reinstalling the Files app Removing Dropbox from the file locations in the Files app, and then adding it back Renaming the file(s) I actually can save the files to my iPad device front the Dropbox app and they become usable, but when I save them back to the Dropbox folder, even with a different name, the same thing happens Duplicating them in the Dropbox folder on my pc It seems there is something about these files that has messed up the way iOS is reading the file names. No idea what to look at next. Really hoping I can figure this out soon. If not the cause then at least a way to resolve it. These files are essential to projects I am currently managing and I use my iPads to work with them a lot.1.8KViews0likes3CommentsSage UBS Accounting Software Integration With Dropbox
Hi Guys, I would like to check if anyone out there within the Dropbox Community has ever tried integrating Sage UBS Accounting Software with Dropbox, without involving another 3rd party software? I am an accounts manager overseeing multiple accounts within a Group of Companies. The Sage UBS Accounting Software that my company uses is: UBS Accounting & Billing (Version: 2023.3) I have both a fixed workstation at the office & a laptop for work travel. The workstation is considered the host where it contains all of the original accounts data located within the workstation's C:Drive. My current practice at the moment, should there be a need for me to work travel is that, I would have to manually perform backup for each of the company account under my portfolio and thereafter manually restore each one respectively into my work travel laptop, and vice versa upon returning back to office, at which point the whole process can be tedious & time consuming. Simplified Illustration of My Current Practice: 1) Workstation > Sage UBS Backup > Laptop > Sage UBS Restore 2) Laptop > Sage UBS Backup > Workstation > Sage UBS Restore Hence I was wondering if anyone within this community has ever usedSage UBS Accounting Software and attempted to auto-sync the accounts data located within one computer's C:Drive of the one part, and auto-sync it via Dropbox into another computer's C:Drive of the other part, in order to achieve a seamless data sync between two computers without having the need to manually perform backup & restore. Seamless Auto Sync: 3) Workstation (C:Drive) > Dropbox> Laptop (C:Drive) Hope to hear from someone within the community on this, in terms of how to achieve the above, problems encountered & related matters. Thank you.🙏Solved1.7KViews0likes1Comment
