Stop adding white backgrounds to signatures
Had an important form to fill out today... Am working remotely from another country... Thought... "Great, I can use Dropbox Sign to sign this and send it back easy, I already keep a transparent high resolution digital signature just for this purpose!" Uploaded my document... Clicked "Sign" Selected my signature from my files already on Dropbox (lovely, cuz I don't have a local copy of the file) Dropbox adds a white background... I think "Surely not, I must have selected the wrong file type..." Double checked, nope, I had done it correctly. Dropbox Sign: Still unusable in 2025. (Yes I know there's a week left) (No, don't suggest I draw in my signature, I am not a 4 year old with a crayon and my signatures need to match other official documents!)
White background when uploading a scan of my signature cannot be removed
Hi, I have decided I will try out the Signature feature. I wanted to upload a scan of my signature to be used. Unfortunatelly, the app does not remove white background. On the top of that, it even adds white background to a png with transparent background (yes, I invested extra effort in removing the white background with other app). At the end of the day, I have an excel sheet with blue background that I cannot sign with dropbox signature feature as it would leave white box around the signature. For example Adobe Reader automatically removes white background from uploaded scanned images of signatures. Is there a solution I am not seeing? Hello, I have created a 183 page document with fields for 10 people to sign. When I click on the send button, Dropbox Sign does not execute the send order. It gives an error message and tells me to try again later. Does anyone have a solution to send the file or to even save it for some time?
Dropbox Sign - view all outstanding signature requests without other admin permissions
Hello, We have users that need to follow up on pending signatures. There are no granular controls on admin's roles to only see all signatures that are pending or have been signed. No other permissions are needed other than seeing an "admin" side of signatures.Signature requests on Dropbox Sign and their status
You need to be more flexible. Right now I have 5 categories. Pending, signed, declined, There should be one "completed". Also there should be an ability to file our documents in other folders that we can name. There also need to the ability to delete a signature. For sure there needs to be a way to sort. Take a look at Docusign if you want to see how it is done right,. Having said that Docusign is too expensive.
