To access a document someone sent, I was sent 10 notifications, why?
I'm sure I'm the only one, but in case I'm not - is anyone else mortified that in order to view a document someone sent me that I had to get spammed from dropbox until I login and update my notifiation preferences? Does *anyone* on the planet like to be notified forever just because they had to access a document? Anyone? Really though. Rude.
Being notified when someone downloads your files
Hi, Anyone have any info on this: I used to get notified if some files I had shared were downloaded by the recipient. I don't receive those notifications any longer. I did in 2020-2021. Is there anyway to see or be notified if my files are downloaded by someone? If not, why was that service cancelled. I have a professional account. G
How do I disable Sign Up pop-up when sharing links?
I cannot believe that as a paid Dropbox customer, people I share links with get a giant full screen popup pushing them to sign up for Dropbox that they have to close out before they can view the link contents. This is so confusing for those who click on my shared links, not to mention tacky AF. Where can I disable this? This is kind of pushing me over the edge to finally cancel my Dropbox account.
