Hi, Is everyone on a free subscription hassled to upgrade to a much bigger (and obviously, paid) account even when they're barely using it? I have just 3.1GB of 100GB storage in use and yet I've just received an email warning me thus"Your Dropbox is almost full and is close to reaching maximum storage capacity. Once full, your files will stop syncing across devices, which will make it harder to access your files when you need them." In addition, I can't find any way to assess how much storage I am actually using other than to select everything and then download it in a zip file. The zip file was 3.1 GB so it may well be that the actual storage being used is more, but almost 100GB? No way. Curious about the experience of others. Please help me get rid of this annoying pop-up that has no exit button. I have a free basic plan of 2GB and I have only used 38.8MB of storage. Now, I cannot navigate my account because this pop-up saying my "30 day free trial has ended" keeps blocking the whole screen. Pl I only want the basic free plan but it does not allow me to continue with my basic free account. Please help. Not here for a discussion, just a simple suggestion. Stop the subscription pop-up barrage on your website. It might be surprising to discover that many subscribers are working, have deadlines, and don't have the desire or patience to click away your constant pop-ups about subscription updates. As many have already stated here, I don't spend good money for your service to be innodated with upgrade ads. (And it's not a notification setup solution -- please don't even try to suggest that.) Don’t know who is supposed to look at this, but I canceled my subscription to Dropbox (I wasn’t using it; I don’t need it.) via the Apple app just like the website tells me to do. Since then, I have been getting harassing emails from the Dropbox billing mail bot telling me they can’t bill my credit card. No sh*t Sherlock … I canceled the subscription … and I did it before the renew process was to have begun. So why are you sending me emails, multiples even, each day when I have followed your process to unsubscribe, downgrade, and cancel billing? When I login I have a multitude of windows asking me to upgrade which are hard to get rid off... Why are you badgering us? After accepting/declining the first time that should be it. Also, I notice there was an old suggestion about being able to have the 'remember me' button de-selected instead of the default selected. After sever years you just closed it but didn't do anything about it.. Are you intentionally trying to push users away?!?! I just got an email from Dropbox saying: "We’re providing you with a free upgrade from your Dropbox Professional plan to our new Dropbox Essentials plan at no extra cost." However, I do not have Professional. I did at some point, but not anymore for several months. So I'm just wondering is it some common bug and several people have recieved such messages by mistake - or is it just me?
