The documentation states the following, but despite multiple attempts to upload a 250GB file through the file request feature, it consistently results in an error and the upload does not complete. Since we are currently conducting a Proof of Concept (PoC) and using the Dropbox Business Plus Trial plan, could this limitation be due to the trial version? Customers on Dropbox Professional, Essentials, Business, Business Plus, Standard, Advanced, and Enterprise can receive files up to 250GB in size. I have been trying for a couple of days to create a new file request but it's not working. Once you click 'Create' the thinking spinning wheel never completes. Hi all, I promise I have been trying to figure this out from the community, but still can't work it out. A project folder was moved from one location in File Explorer to the other - all good and was fine last time I checked.Someone has since renamed it, but again, seemed to be all good. Now no one in the team (12 of us) can find it on File Explorer - it's disappeared and no one knows why and is worried it's been deleted. I thought let me have a look on Dropbox to see if it's still there - it iss. Phew. But now I can't work out how to get it back. I just noticed that I can't right-click in Windows Explorer and get a link to a dropbox folder or file. Instead there's some "Send Transfer" BS that only allows a share for 7 days. Hi, I have a family plan and I'm the admin. That plan makes available to every member a shared folder "Archivio Famiglia" that stands for "Family Room" I guess. My need is to setup customized credentials to my family members, for instance, I want to give view or edit access to specific folder only. In left-side menu I go to "shared" where I can see all my shared file/folder. In there I see a folder that has not active shared option (link or user). Maybe it had previously, but not today. So whay I still have this folder in the "shared" section of my account? If I click on the 3-dots menu I see "remove from Dropbox" and nothing like "remove from Sharing". Error in call to API function /2/sharing/create_shared_link_with_settings: We’ve suspended your sharing activity because of a violation of Dropbox’s Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, and Terms of Service or Services Agreement.
