I tried to log in today and there are no files. I think I have 2 accounts and I was paying 11.99 a month for the service now I don'tsee a recent charge. There might have been a billing issue, (or terms changed) but I can no longer access the address to get a code to login or see if there is billing issue. There were thousands of images (My complete portfolio) My phone number is the same. I hope my life wasn't deleated. Is there a way contact someone in billing/accounts to get access and pay an outstandang bill? Sinking feeling all is lost.26Views0likes3Comments
