Hello I would like to suggest a new tier of $5 a month for a 5 gig basic plan. Right now, I use the free 2gig basic because I literally can’t afford the $12 a month annual package. But I dislike being a freeloader, when I get a service that has use and value to me. I would consider $5 a month an appropriate subscription rate for the low amount of storage I require, and the features in the Basic free plan. I like Dropbox, and importantly, I trust it. A 5 gig $5/month plan would work for me (and probably others in similar financial circumstances), as I try to build my business back up and start making more money. Hi all I may have made my life harder than it needed to be..... No doubt this is a common "problem". I have thousands of files in my Dropbox account (mostly photos but a load of other stuff as time has progressed). I also have a large number of files on Google Drive, Mega, Microsoft Drive and similarly files on my 2 laptops, desktops and a selection of USB and external drives, CD's (what the heck are those for???) and God help me... Floppy's!!! Ignoring those last 3, where I am currently is that I decided about 2 years ago to buy a NAS to pre-empt the situation where my online stores fill up. That time is now happening and starting to concern me with the message below. So, my two questions Does this delete "from your Dropbox and all devices" mean physical devices which have a connected Dropbox "app" (phone/tablets/laptops). If I select to delete does it also mean that these 100 other files could be removed from my NAS also? I am hoping "NO"... (I do NOT want them deleted from my NAS) I also think that these 100+ files may have been deleted from Dropbox previously and before the 30 day limit is met then I am notified that this is my last chance - is this correct? I think that the answers provided will be "How have you configured your NAS replication?" I had intended to configure that NAS is the gold master and if deleted elsewhere, then it will not be deleted in the NAS. Hi. Please help me.. I am on macbook pro 2015, macos storage management shows my dropbox folder to be 265.4GB, but when I click to see what is inside- it is empty. My plan is 2GB, so where are my files? I also have the dropbox app uninstalled. This has been going on for over a year, so annoying. Recently I went back to Dropbox having read that it now works with Snapdragon Windows versions, but currently I have a significant issue. I cannot have any online-only file in my SP11, thus I cannot have all Dropbox files in my device. I have this in the main DP screen: Then I go to "Manage hard disk space", select folders and make online-only. In less than a second I get the message they are online-only, but they aren't. I just renewed my Plus plan but this does not show up in the files area where I remain stuck at 20gb instead of 2TB (and stuck in this situation are all my files as well). If I try the upgrade though it tells me I have the Dropbox Plus plan, and even if I go to the payment section I find my payment to the Plus version correctly. Hi Dropbox, I’ve sent an invite to a friend for a referral. my friend subsequently installed dropbox on a desktop, logged in, and hit the button in the email she received requesting email confirmation.
