I have received a file request from another user, to upload a folder into his storage "area". I got the email, clicked the link, and got a window with a file submission area. I pressed the upload button. There was no response, no "upload started" or "progress" message. I cannot tell if the folder is being uploaded or has been uploaded. Eventually I can ask the requester if he got the files, but that is potentially a tedious back-and-forth process (especially if the upload failed, or didn't even start). I have been trying for a couple of days to create a new file request but it's not working. Once you click 'Create' the thinking spinning wheel never completes. Tried different folders, tried over multiple days. Google Chrome. nothing... I have a shared link to a gaming document that I've been using for a while. However, every time I've tried to use the link over the pass couple of days, I get the message shown below. I've refreshed the page, used different browsers, cleared my cache, but nothing seems to work. I've had others test the link and they've been able to use it just fine, so I don't believe the document has been delete. I’m trying to share a collection of files with non Dropbox users by sending them a link. The files have long names. When the recipients click on the link they get a list of files with very shortened names, such that they cannot tell at a glance which file is which. On the other hand the column showing the size of the files is much wider than needed. Is there any way to give more space to the names of the files? I pay for Dropbox Plus and have heaps of cloud space to upload to. Unfortunately I can't seem to be able to upload a 250GB folder whether I use the website or the Desktop APP.
