Create App
I was able to create an app last week. Now my App and i am unable to create apps now. I had a Python program accessing my folders. Now the app is gone.

Can you explain more about the way in which your app is missing? If you wrote a Python program which uses the Dropbox API, and connected it to your account, it should show up on this page: https://www.dropbox.com/account/connected_apps
If the API connection to your account was revoked, you should be able to go through the OAuth flow again to reconnect your app. If that's not working, can you provide more details?
