How to share subfolders in a shared folder using API?
Hi,
I want to share subfolders that are in a folder that has existing share permissions.
When I use the /share_folder endpoint, I get truncated output like this: {'.tag': 'async_job_id', 'async_job_id': 'dbjid:AAAa31In8U7Og98tE4MiRxWm8tdLFW8dvYe5a_gT2vQiAV_94StBQMby-2GKzXIcKCabbMgf5_lz1AyNs9I7U8oS'}
I want the subfolder to have its own shared_folder_id and not just a parent_shared_folder_id. This is so that when I add members and send email notifications, I'm sending an email that pertains to that specific subfolder and not the parent folder.

When you get an 'async_job_id' back from /2/sharing/share_folder you should poll /2/sharing/check_share_job_status to check the status of the job. Please refer to the linked documentation for those two endpoints for more information.
