Based on the screen recording that you have provided the workflow is related to our Dropbox iOS SDKS(Swift or Objective-C) that implements our Dropbox API directly and not the Dropbox Chooser. From the screen recording the user is confirming the OAuth flow to grant permission to access their data on Dropbox followed by using the Dropbox API to access their files.
