Hello Jay,
Thank you for your response. I am using Windows 8.1 Pro (64 Bit) using only Windows Defender. I have attempted to download a large OVA file at least 30 times, but never getting past 2GB of 20.4GB. Have used both Chrome and FireFox in both normal and incognito modes.

At this point I am totally frustrated.
I am using a desktop PC running Windows 8.1 Pro (64 bit) and have downloaded the desktop Dropbox app, which I am assuming is working correctly. When I click on the Dropbox icon it opens the Windows File Explorer. From here on out I am totally lost.
I have upgraded to Dropbox Professional, since the file I need to download is 20.4 GB.
The file I am trying to download is: https://www.dropbox.com/s/2mphf8rq9so9rlh/Mercedes_2019.ova?dl=0
I would like to thank you in advance for your considerate attention and help with resolving this problem.

Hi TERGUS,
When you install the Dropbox App, it creates a Dropbox folder in your hard drive. The Dropbox folder mirrors the contents of your account, as you see it on the website.
I would suggest to navigate to the file's location using the Windows File Explorer, and double click to open it.
If the icon on that file is a grey cloud, it may need few minutes to download and open.

If you've upgraded to a Dropbox Professional plan, you can add the shared link to your account from the site when you're signed in.
This will add the file to your account, which the Dropbox desktop application will then download automatically.
