You can just open an Incognito window (Chrome) or private browsing window (Edge, Firefox, others) and test the link yourself. That ensures you're not signed in.
Also, remember that you can't just copy the link to a file from the address bar in your browser. That would be unique to your account only. You need to generate a shared link to the file you're offering for download.
