Downloading a large zip file

I shared a folder with a videographer, who uploaded a 33.3gb (4K video) zip file in to the folder. I tried to download it several times, but I always get failed - network error. How can I download this file?
  • Hey Jpkallio, did he already zipped the videos into a single file? In that case you should be able to download it. If the error persists, you may install the desktop app, and sync the file to your hard drive. You may use selective sync to only sync that particular folder.

Hey Elixir. Yep it is a zipped file. I’m trying the sync as we speak. Thanks for the help.

Hi there, just so you know, if you’re downloading from or uploading it to the site, there is a maximum of 20 GB for a single file. Otherwise, you’ll get an error message.

The desktop app is the best way to get large files uploading and downloaded easily.
