Downloading from a shared link from Patreon gives me an error screen
Hello, I am currently using the free version of Dropbox, and I would like to confirm if shared links to uploaded folders still do not have an expiration date by default. I understand that with the Dropbox Professional or Business plans, it is possible to set an expiration date for shared links. However, I would like to know if, on the free plan, my shared links will remain active indefinitely unless I manually delete or remove them. Thank you!

What is the error that you're getting? Can you provide a screenshot of the exact error?

If you're getting an error while downloading from a Patreon shared link:
- Link Expired/Invalid – Check if the link is correct.
- Permission Issue – It might be restricted to paid members.
- Server Problem – Try again later.
- Browser Issue – Clear cache or use a different browser.
- Login Required – Make sure you're logged into Patreon.
If the issue persists, contact the creator or Patreon support.

Yes, In the free version of Dropbox, shared links remain active indefinitely unless manually deleted. To set expiration dates, you’ll need a Dropbox Professional or Business plan.
