dropbox capture video has no sound?

How can I capture a video with sound?

The playback is fine except no audio. Does the microphone need to be off or on?

    The microphone would need to be on for the audio to be recorded with Dropbox Capture. 

     

    That said, are you using the app or the website to do this and what is your device's OS?
