Expired link on Dropbox Sign. Why?
Why would my customer I sent a link to sign a document see a message that the link is expired? I just sent the link and I am still able to click on it and it opens.

Hello - any ideas on this? I just had another customer have this happen to them, yet many others can use the link with no problems.

The link was created last month, I do not want to delete - many customers use it with no problems

Hi NStephens, can you try to access the link via an incognito tab on your browser, and send me a message of the error you see there?

Hi - this is the error, but again it does not occur most of the time:
Only a few customers have had this issue, could it be the browser they use?
thanks

Hey NStephens, sorry to jump in, but I just wanted to mention that this could indeed be caused by the browser your customers are using.
There might be a plugin or extension they're using that's causing issues or maybe they're running an old version of their web browser and they need to update it?
Clearing the browser's cache might also help so feel free to give that a go too.
Let us know of any updates!
