No sound on my videos when previewed on the Dropbox site, why?

Hello,

My videos play sound and video 100%, but when I upload them to Dropbox, there's no video, only sound, but the file size and file type remains the same. This issue suddenly started, before that there was no problem. Please help me fix this. Thank you!

    Hi H20 water, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

     

    Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?

     

    Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.
