Export as a pdf

I used to be able to export an excel document as a pdf in Dropbox. In the last month it is always zero kb. How do I export as a pdf?

    I double-checked my subscription. Then reinstalled the app. This has solved the problem! Thankyou ever so much!

Did youtry exporting the document to a different location? If the export works to a different location, then the issue is likely with the Dropbox folder you are trying to export to.

Hi larsenopi,

Suddenly I cannot export an excel document as a pdf. It exports as zero mb with a time stamp of 55 years ago!
I tried to reload the app but this didn’t work. Tried to export to different locations and this didn’t work either

any ideas?
