failed fetching latest photos
We've just started getting a "failed fetching latest photos" on our Android Samsung Folds. What's somewhat strange is that the photos do appear in the web and also in our Mac app "Camera Uploads" folder. We'd always assumed that photos had to be captured first on our phones and then transferred ... but apparently the Android app is independent of actual camera uploads.
Hopefully someone can help or reassure us that we're not the only ones with this minor but somewhat aggravating problem. We want to be able to see all our photos on our phones in Dropbox, too.
Now around a day later, everything is working fine again! So I guess sometimes you just have to have a little patience.

Hi Jodi S.1 and welcome to the Dropbox Community! 😊 I’m delighted to hear that camera uploads are working for you again and your photos are successfully saved to your Dropbox account. 🎉📂

PS We're using the "official" Dropbox app, not a third-party one. After reinstalling and then clicking the Photos tab, there's a never-ending blue box spinning with an occasional "connections interrupted" message although there are no connection problems with any of our devices. We've now submitted an email (we have an Essentials subscription) and hope to hear something soon from Get Help.

Thanks for the response, but what can we do so that our Android Dropbox app starts to fetch photos again? We've taken all the usual steps: made sure the app was updated, restarted the phone, installed the app anew ... all to no avail.

The official Dropbox app only uploads things on your camera roll, but, third party ones (which is what Samsung Folds sounds like) may do other things.
