How can I prevent downloading when sharing files?

I would like to share file, restrict it to view only.   No editing nor downloading. 

I tested it but it's not working.   Please help.

    The option to disable downloads (and set other permissions) is available on Professional, Essentials and Business accounts. You can find more information on the feature here:
