How do I fix the 'Couldn't load content' error for viewing PDF files on iPad?
Hi!
I'm getting this error on select pdfs stored in Dropbox when I try and access from my iPad. File is accessible via iPhone and Desk Top on the same network without any problems.
Thanks!

Seem I've found the fix by clearing the cache so I'm posting it in case someone else has the same problem. Just discovered this feature as I'm usually a Desktop user.
On your iPad go to: Account (bottom left) /Settings (gear top left)
Click on "Clear Cache"
That should fix it nicely!

Having the same issue, yet the app crashes when I try to clear the cache. It cleared on my iphone, just not on my ipads. This problem only started when I upgraded to ios13.

Hi afternothingsend ; thanks for joining our Community and sorry to hear you're also bumping into this error when trying to preview your PDF files through our mobile app on your iPad.
Can you please let me know the exact version of your iPadOS and the version of our mobile app as well?
Thanks!
