How to request a download link removal that contains malware?
whats the way requesting it? should've take action immediately.

If it's not your own link, all you can do if forward all pertinent information to abuse@dropbox.com. If it's something that is illegal or violates their TOS, they'll take action. You likely won't get a reply, though. They'll simply take the information and act on it if necessary.
