Have you tried a different browser? Cleared cache and cookies?

I have to keep login and passwords as I have access (on the same browser) for lots of different clients' dropboxes - but I also get sent open files from various other people.
How can I get round this without losing all the login passwords please - is deleting cookies the only option to be able to open new dropbox links?- Rich8 days agoSuper User II

Clearing your browser's cache and browsing history won't delete the passwords that you have saved in the browser's Password area, only those that you've cached by using something like a "remember me" option on a website, which really shouldn't be used as your primary method of saving a password (use the password manager feature in your browser or a separate password manager).

Keep in mind that accessing someone else's Dropbox account using their credentials is a violation of the terms and could result in the account being disabled or even deleted. A Dropbox account is intended for an individual and should not be shared with others.
If you require access to your client's files, you should have your own account and your clients should share a folder with you.

I am experiencing the exact same issue as Jo_55. I tried clearing the temporary internet files in my browser with no luck. I just asked my client to forward me the link to her document in a folder so I can try opening it through my own account. Hopefully that works.
