Impossibilità di scaricare file / Unable to download files on my PC

Buonasera da qualche giorno a questa parte ogni file che ho nelle mie cartelle di Dropbox si sincronizzano ma non riesco a scaricarle dalla cartella istalla su pc mentre invece dal web posso scaric...

Con "cartella di installazione" ti riferisci alla cartella Dropbox nel tuo file explorer?

E puoi chiarire cosa intendi quando dici che non puoi scaricarli? Non si aprono?

L'icona che hai menzionato sembra un'icona di OneDrive; puoi disattivare temporaneamente OneDrive per vedere se aiuta?

By "install folder" are you referring to the Dropbox folder in your file explorer?

And can you please clarify what you mean when you say that you can't download them? Are they failing to open?

The icon you mentioned sounds like a OneDrive icon; can you temporarily disable OneDrive to see if that helps?
