Message from the Dropbox app that "1 File is Unable to Sync".
Hi, I am a longterm user of Dropbox on Windows desktop. I have one dropbox folder/file that is not syncing. All the rest of my files are syncing fine. The message I get from the Dropbox app is "1 File is Unable to Sync"
I tried exiting the app and then rebooting the app. And, that didn't solve the issue. I also renamed the problematic file in the cloud and then didn't solve the issue.
I tried to rename the problematic file on my desktop but it wont allow me. It gives me the error message "This action can't be completed because the folder or a file in it is open to another program." I have checked all my programs and I don't see any program running any file in that folder. Any thoughts on how to proceed? Thanks.
I was able to resolve the matter by logging out of the computer and rebooting computer. Dropbox is now syncing well.
